Well, I contacted CIE explaining our situation here in Egypt

I got a reply from them and here it is :

Dear Ahmad Hassab

Thank you for your email dated 23/2/2011.

My sincere apologies for the delay in responding.

We are monitoring the ongoing situation in Egypt and how this might impact on your preparation for the May/June 2011 Cambridge examinations. These examinations are taken by students around the world, so unfortunately it is not possible for us to postpone the examinations in Egypt. However, given the exceptional circumstances we will apply special consideration to candidates in Egypt, where appropriate.

We have asked schools to provide full details and evidence of how events have disrupted their examination preparation to the British Council. In the meantime your schools will continue to prepare you as best they can for your examinations.
